Vicki is an esteemed Chartered Occupational Psychologist who radiates a passion for neurodiversity, wellbeing and unlocking individuals’ potential in the workplace.
For over a decade, Vicki has been at the forefront of the neurodiversity field. A notable achievement is her leadership in spearheading the industry-first accreditation for neurodiversity inclusion, known as Neurodiversity Smart, for organisations. With her wealth of experience, she has collaborated with global organisations, leveraging her expertise to design, implement, and evaluate innovative workplace solutions. Vicki’s relentless advocacy for the integration of neurodiversity good practice into workplaces worldwide establishes her as a true champion of positive change.
Vicki’s commitment to professional excellence is evident through her registrations with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and her Chartered membership of the British Psychological Society (BPS). Furthermore, she is past Chair for the Division of Occupational Psychology in Scotland.
