Neurodiversity e-Learning: New & Improved Skills Modules!

At Lexxic, we offer a range of engaging neurodiversity e-Learning modules, designed and created by psychologists and neurodivergent individuals to deliver educational content and interactive training experiences wherever you are.

Arriving 12th September 2023, we’re introducing six brand new skills-based modules, designed to work with the learner to explore their workplace preferences and what strategies work best for them, empowering them to thrive in the work they do.

These new modules boast increased accessibility, improved content, and are presented in an interactive format that allows learners to actively move through the modules at their own pace. They’re also able to revisit content and view the content in an order that suits them.

The six skills-based modules provide support for individuals in areas including:

  • Reading

  • Listening, Note-Taking, and Processing

  • Attention, Memory, and Sensory Sensitivities

  • Written and Verbal Communication

  • Organisation

  • Wellbeing

Each module will allow you to submit feedback and obtain a certificate of completion.

Let’s take a look at the benefits of e-Learning

Individuals have various ways of learning new information, and this can change depending on the information you need to learn.

The most common types of learners are:

The human brain is the most complex system in our body, so we need to be aware of how it works for us as an individual.

As a result, e-Learning can be a great tool for training. It can offer a variety of multimedia formats to support different learning styles, improving both engagement and understanding. It also allows individuals to be more independent with their own learning, enabling them to learn at their own pace.

Online learning also removes geographical training barriers, allowing individuals to use devices that work for them and learn in environments where they can minimise distractions and concentrate on the training in front of them.

We hope you enjoy our new individual skills-based e-Learning modules. If you want to find out more about how these modules can support individuals as well as organisations, click the button below to visit our e-Learning page.
